Following our visit and donation to the Cirencester Foodbank at the end of 2025, one area which was identified as a further way we could support the Foodbank is by partnering with them to stock food parcels for collection out outside of their opening hours on a Friday and Saturday.
Clients already referred to the Foodbank can now arrange to collect their food parcels from our charity shop in The Woolmarket, Cirencester on a Friday and Saturday between 10am and 4pm.
This provides Cirencester greater access to the Foodbank service and means that clients can access emergency food parcels over the weekend.
Since the launch of the partnership at the start of March 2026, this has already proved to be a success with several families collecting food parcels from our charity shop.

We are very pleased to announce the donation of £500 to the Cirencester Foodbank in December 2025.
Cirencester Foodbank, located within Cirencester Baptist Church, provides support to anyone unable to afford food in the south of the Cotswold District. This covers a vast area from Avening to Letchlade, and the Cerneys to Northleach.
They provide emergency food parcels all year round, with each parcel providing three days worth of nutritionally balanced meals and food. Demand for food parcels increases at Christmas and we felt that it was very important to us that our first grant was awarded to the food bank.
Thank you very much to Anton to providing trustees Jonathan and Hannah with a tour of the food bank and for all of the hard work you and the team do for our community.
